Lawyers contacted me after account has been paid

I spoke to a Ilhaam as you can see the correspondence underneath. To my astonishment Lawyers phoned me on the 14th of October saying that I have been handed over to them. The account has been paid in full and Virgin mobile is well aware of that since they even updated my ITC profile themselves, stating that my account has been paid in full. How is this possible?

ON THE 18TH OF JANUARY ILHAAM CALLED ME TO SORT OUT MY QUERY ON REF: 1090153652. SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL LOWER MY ACCOUNT TO R1907.01, WITH NO INTEREST CHARGEABLE. I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT OF R900.00 ALREADY AND JUST PHONED VIRGIN MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE, JUST TO HEAR I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEYS THOUGH I HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH ILHAAM. THE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS STILL R1494.11. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON NOW SINCE 2009, AND EVEN AFTER I POSTED THIS IN JANUARY TO HELLO PETER THEY STILL CAN'T SORT THE PROBLEM OUT.
