I reported a upgrade on my account at the Eastgate branch on 30 November 13. On 20 December 13, I received a call from Corne from the forensics department who stated she was investigating my complaint and by close of business of the same day she would resolve my problem. To date I have received no return call, despite a number of calls I have made, as well as speaking to supervisors who all undertook to return my call and provide me feedback, still no response and issue remains unresolved. As i have a debit order on this account, it is not in Vodacom's interest to resolve my problem as they still have access to my account. I am at a loss by the apathy and arrogance displayed by Vodacom, who profess to have the clients interest at the heart, have certainly shown by their lack of response to be contrary. VODACOM you are to big, and your don't care attitude and high handed manner will continue to see you losing ground to the other suppliers, the very clients who have established Vodacom will hopefully continue to migrate to other providers and expose Vodacom as a company as all air and no substance. I will certainly do my bit.
