We have been phoning Vodacom since sunday night, because my son could not receive or make calls or go on the internet since Sunday evening. Everythime nothing gets sorted out. Today Vodacom gave me an un barring code to put in and when my son put the code in it said supplementary service error. Now they are telling me again that they are going to reset the service and that we will have to wait another 24 hours to put the barring code in again. They are busy telling my now, that I cannot contact the technical centre directly???
