Unethical behaviour to make the sale

I took out a contract at the Vodacom shop in President Hyper Square on Sunday 18 August. Florence (sales lady) explained that my MTN number would be ported and that I would receive pro rata airtime by latest Monday 19 August. I was told that I would receive certain information like a pin and then to sms her that pin. She told me to put in the sim card at 6pm Sunday evening and then call 100. I did not receive anything. She told me later not to do anything until I received RICA approval.

The only thing that happened to date was the receipt of the pin number. Today is Tuesday. Everything I was told and for her to make this sale was misleading as nothing besides the pin came through. We are now told that we have to wait ANOTHER 24 hours for the contract to be activated... VODACOM, customer service is a skill. Misleading the consumer to make a sale is pathetic... step up your game and play fair and honest.
