Hi this is not the first or second nor the third time I am calling about the same thing.
I am truly disgusted that my request has been ignored and still being billed. is this a way of committing through billing clients who had a request for the lines to be cancelled and even though i am being billed constantly I am unable to use the service, Telkom make up your minds and how you want to resolve this issue as i will take it further if i am not satisfied with the outcome.
I called numerous times about my account and I have been willing to cooperate with you and alas telkom has denied any error and has ignored me as a client. I want a manager or someone who is capable of handling my queries urgently.
