10/11/2013 ON A SUNDAY, I CALLED MTN 173 FOR A SIM SWAP TO 0734276635, TO MY SURPRIZE WAS TOLD THAT I MUST DIAL 0831808 AND THAT STD RATES WUD APPLY, AND FOR A SWIP SWAP I MUST GO TO THE NEAREST MTN STORE WITH R137.

WAZ ASSISTED BY JONATHAN, TO ADD VALUE HE FURTHER MORE TOLD ME TO CALL FROM THE NEW SIM NO WHICH IS 078 173 2369 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ACTIVATING THIS SIM CARD, WHICH I HAD ALREADY ACTIVATED THAT SAME DAY OF MAKING THE CALL.

YESTERDAY 11/11/2013 WENT TO MTN, NU 6 MALL MDANTSANE CITY CENTRE. WAS ASSISTED BY A LADY WITHOUT A NAME TAG, SHE SAID HER NAME WAS YOLISA. SHE WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, SHE WAS VERY DEFENSIVE, DID NOT EVEN HEAR ME OUT. TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE READ THE CONTRACT.

ALL I WANT IS MY NO BACK WHICH IS 0734276635, I WAZ NEVER TOLD THAT MY NO WAZ GONNA BE CONTRACT AND THAT FOR CONTRACT I WILL HAVE TO PAY R137 FOR A SWIM SWAP.

I HAVE BEEN USING THAT SAME NO FOR MANY YEARS ON PREPAID... PLEASE HELP
