Wrong delivery - after bad courier services

On 2013/03/11 I contacted the upgrades department. I arranged with Nigel for the upgrade of my existing contract. I requested the Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini in WHITE. Nigel confimed that the contract price would be R289 per month (including 250 mb data).
On Wednesday, 2013/03/13, the courier company contacted me and said that they would have delivered my phone, but because they were not sure of the address, they kept it back. I gave the correct address. They confirmed delivery for 2013/03/14.
On Wednesday, 2013/03/14, I again received a call that the courier person could not find the address and he went back to the depot. Why did he not phone me when he was in the area? I again gave the address. They confirmed delivery would be today before 09:00. The phone was delivered at 09:55.
BUT - WRONG COLOUR!!! Instead of white, it's the Pebble Blue.
I phoned head office (Mabel). She said they could only collect on Monday and delivery thereafter.
This is not acceptable to me. I requested her to arrange that I can drop-off the phone at one of their outlets in the area and get the white. The outlet at Parow Centre has got white.
She said she would discuss with the Manager.
