I booked my phone into the store. Already I was being told about ridiculous fees that I'd have to pay when I picked up my phone. Less than half an hour later I decided to book it out because I thought of how expensive this minor process is and I was billed R57 for what?!!! The excuse I got from the consultant was he wasted his time and it took a while. It takes less than 15 mins to book a phone, and secondly there was no queue! From ceching the phone in and collecting it. What ridiculousness! Then you have the staff aLl peeping from the back like I'm a thug just because I wanted my phone back?
