NO HELP, NO SERVICE, HOW CAN WE AGGRAVATE YOU

I sent my Blackberry Curve 9360 in, at the shop I was told it is still under warranty and I wont have to pay. They said it was the aerial that was damaged and still fell under warranty. A week had gone by and I still had no, report back about the phone. I then duly phoned to be told that the phone would cost a R1800 to repair, as a student I just can't afford to pay R1800. I phoned head office where their infamous slogan answers the phone How can we make you smile!! What a joke for two hours I sat on the phone going from one call operator to another with no help. Eventually they say to me it is liquid damage to the phone and they cant fix it as it fall out of warranty. No one at the call centre can explain to me how the water got onto the phone, and how now all of a sudden they have changed there song, from being under warranty to being out of warranty. I am completely, horrified, dissatisfied and shocked at the treatment I received from vodacoms help centre, excuses ranging from we are offline to I have no idea? Where do you turn from here
