At first you are told your phone is still under warranty and that they will repair it for you at no charge and go through the phone and make you sign a document that there is damage on the phone that you are aware of. Then you are told the next day that you have to pay close to R900 to have the phone repaired due to the damage on the phone and it means the warranty is no longer valid. Why make me drive all the way to the customer service centre, why tell me that is can be fixed at no charge, and why do I have to spend a day without a phone only to be told they wont do it unless I pay something I really don't have the money for?
