I laid a complaint early October on hello Peter and received a response same day. I was advised that I would hear back from MTN with more information with regards to my new phone on upgrade. I waited several days without response to my emails. I was contacted again by another supervisor and was informed I would be updated when my phone would be ready, this was a total of 10 working days ago! There has been no contact and no reply to my emails. All I wanted was an upgrade to a Samsung S3 (in white) and I have waited a month!
Cancel my contract!!! I no longer wish to be affiliated with MTN in any ways if they cannot look after their loyal customers of 7 years!!!
