SHADY CONTACTS AND USELESS SERVICE

I mistakely blocked my sim card. i needed a puk code. when i contacted ag cellular, i was told that i needed to report it and wait 24 hours to get feed back from them. this is shocking service from them. this was not the first time i had a bad experience with them. my phone went in for repairs after which i was notified that it takes 6 weeks to get repaired. i was also not getting my statements from them. when i contacted them, they told me i must apply to get my statements emailed to me which still hasnt been done. this is the worst service ever that i have received. this company should close their doors if they cannot provide quick and efficient service.
