Worst Customer Service and usless systems!

My wife was ready for an upgrade, we spoke to the upgrade department and selected the S4 mini. We mentioned that we would only take the upgrade if we had written confirmation that we would remain on the discovery billing. They sent the phone prior to the confirmation. I tried 4 times to get an answer from them and eventually sent the phone back to them.

We then tried to cancel the contract, which ends on 31 October 2013, We phone on 30 September to give the required 30 days notice and they say that it will cancel at the end of November. The contract says 30 days, not 60 days notice.

When we call back regarding this they say that their cancellations run on the 28th of each month.

This is not good enough... we signed a 2yr contract, it should end at the end of 2 years. Fix your systems to honour your contract.

I am sure there would be serious consequences if I decided to stop honouring my side of the contract a month early.

The reason we are leaving is purely to do with our experience with porting to autopage and the poor customer experience we have received at autopage. The only time our issues have ever being resolved is when we post here.
