AWFUL serivce!!!

Game Tygervalley most probably has the worst service EVER!
I went to them about 4 weeks ago about a problem with my cellphone; the staff refused to sign the phone in for repairs and rather advised me to reset my factory resetting, which resulted in losing ALL contact numbers & data on the device. After contacting Head Office the Monday after, they finally took the phone in.
I have not heard from them in 10 working days' time and the store secretary responded on 1 of my 5 emails and I had to phone her again just now because she doesn't feel the need to reply on emails. I still have no idea what's wrong with my phone or when I'm going to get it back! The last sms received was 10 working days ago (in total now already 13 days since I gave my phone) to say my phone is in Midrand.
How hard can it be to reply on a client's email and just tell her - sorry, your phone is not ready, we have/have not detected the problem etc.
The service is just pathetic! Most definitely cancelling my contract at the end of the two years!!!
