Frustrated problem not solved

Good day

this is my last resort

i have been contacting the call centre since 7 Nov 2013
the problem is i cant send sms messages, i can receive messages make calls.
everytime i phone they check the message centre number which is fine,
they have reset me on the network.

But still nothing.they asked me to go to an mtn shop which i did on the 12 November 2013.as i walked in the most unfriendliest person was helping me and while she was helping me she was chewing gum.thats not the point.
she seemed to not care about my problem and did not even know the message centre number
should a person at an mtn shop know the basics, she also had a problem finding the settings for the message centre number.
all i want to do is be able to send an sms message and this problem is not been sorted out
Please help
