Unable to receive emails

A client of mine who lives near Otto's Bluff behind Albert Falls dam has been unable to receive email for over a week. She has a MTN contract with Nashua Mobile. We phoned Nashua who said MTN supplies the email service (mtnloaded) so we have to contact MTN. We phoned the MTN call centre a number of times but only gets to a certain spot after pressing numbers for the menu's an it always ends with the message that Nashua is the service provider but contacting Nashua locally or nationally always tells you MTN is the service provider for the email. We have sent MTN a couple of messages through the website facility but they don't even bother to reply! Both her desktop and laptop gives the same error when checking for email so unlikely the problem is with her computers. I have double checked all the settings on her machines and it is correct. Her internet works fine and she can send email but doesn't receive.
