About 2 weeks ago, I suddenly couldn't pick up my Voice Messages and when I tried to access my Voice messages, my cellphone says "you have reached an invalid number". This is still the case. I have called the MTN call centre about 8 times and every time end up getting cut off. I am on Pay as you go - not contract. There seems to be no valid Pay as you go Call Centre Number - it either cuts you off or you listen to an endless stream of commands and you cannot speak to a consultant I went to my Nashua Mobile shop today and the guy suggested I go to an MTN shop as it's a network thing and not a phone thing. Guess what - I went to the nearest branch and it's closed for renovations. This is totally unacceptable. I mean it really is totally unacceptable.
