Pointless they have a phone

Hi

i cant believe that your cell c branch at rosebank mall is incompetent to answer phone calls we have been trying since 9 this morning and no answer if this is the service that the ROSEBANK branch offers then i will not refer new clients to CELL C,

please can you do something about it as you guys are losing potential clients.
