Cell C for rubbish

On 04/01 I ported to cell c at rosebank. It took 3-4 trips to sort that out because of misplaced details, wrong sim and charger. Three weeks ago I got a call from a call centre agent asking for personal details. When I refused as the number was a Durban number and not cell c; she dropped the call unceremoniously. Later that day I discovered my phone line had been suspended. A call to cell c's customer service informed me that I owed over 2000 on my contract. I was completely confused. My contract was for pro call 400, how did that get me to this amount. Unsurprisingly she didn't know and I needed to call me branch. The branch asked me to come in which I did that Saturday, two days later. After a 2.5 hour wait it unfolded that I was put on an 800 minute contract on the system, and my debit order date was incorrectly loaded. Apparently cell c rosebank has no copies of my original contract. Thankfully my copies are in order. I offered to pay for the contract I signed up for but cell c declined. I had to pay the wrong bill and they have been unable to rectify the contracting error. I've been without a phone for 3 weeks now. I have called the branch, call centre and cell c's department.
