Dear Cell C,
I have been a diligent customer of yours since your advertising and deals drew me to change from my previous service provider of 5 years. While not wholly dissatisfied, the most basic service you can offer, making or receiving cellular calls, is a huge problem, especially at my place of work in Rosebank. Our contract guarantees the provision of this service, but somehow I'm left without signal in the Parktown North Rosebank area to the point I cannot make or receive calls, sometimes even when it appears I have signal then I receive a message an hour later stating that I've missed a call. Being a businessman I rely on my cellphone to correspond with clients and contractors and this is now hampering on my basic ability to conduct business. This is not a phone issue as a number of colleagues on Cell C with different handsets experience the same issues.
What are you doing to correct the matter?
