Shocking service and lack of training

On Saturday my phone was in Rosebank Mall. I immediately went to the Cell C shop to cancel my sim card, to avoid these from making phone calls on my account. The shop attendants told me that I had to go the police station to get my case number in order for them to blacklist my phone. I left Rosebank mall and drove to Rosebank Police Station. The policeman refused to help me unless I give him an ITC number. No one at the shop had told me that I needed an ITC number. I phoned the Cell C call centre and asked for an ITC number. The lady asked for my IME number on my box. I told her that I no longer had that number. She then replied that nothing could be done without that number and that it could not be retrieved from their systems. I then went back to the shop and explained the situation. This time I was helped by a lady Kat, she was the first person that day at the shop that knew what she was doing. She got me my ITC number and she managed to do my sim swap right there and then for me and black list my phone. I cannot believe the shocking service I got from the call centre as well as the shop attendants except for Kate's. I am strongly considering cancelling my contrac
