I called teh call center on the 29/10/2013 at 21:00 and spoke to Katleho... i told him that i cannot access my watsapp and bbm, i thought there was a problem with the network, he tols ne that my data was finished and that my contract was closed, i told him that i was advised it will be closed in November and he eventulaqyy checked that on the system and confirmed what i told him but 2 minutes later he said no it was supposed to have been closed on the 29/10/2013 and i advised him that was not true, he gave me bad attitude and i asked him why is he raising his voice and he placed me on hold and hanged up the call., im so its not even funny, ive been a loyal customer of vigin mobile and to be treated like that was, i work in a call center and know that this kind of behavior its not acceptable, he also told me that my do will not go through on the 25/11/2013 cause my account is paid in full i hope that the case, i need something to be done to that agent and i need to be reimbursed about the false information i was given. Someone needs to call me urgently
