INCOMPTENT CALL CENTER AGENTS

I called the call center on the 3 of January and requestered for settlements for me to close and settle 3 contracts that i have with cellc, the agent gave me amounts for all 3 contracts and i asked and confirmed with him many times on the line if his sure that is the full amount and when im done making the payment will my contracts be closed, he said yes and also put me on hold to speak to his team leader to find out if what his saying is correct n once i make these payments the contacts will be closed and will become prepaid. i then made the payments, called a week after to confirm that they have recieved the payments and that i want them to cancel all debit orders, another agent then assisted and advised that the payments were all received and the last debit orders will be going off end Jan and there after all debit orders will automatically be cancelled and all 3 contracts will be closed and cancelled. came end of Feb i see huge amounts taken, when called in they tell me about additional fees that i was never told about, and supose to be included already, i will not make any further payments, as i was advised my contacts should be canceled already. your agents realy needs traini
