Contract Cancellation

It's been more than a month now since I've been trying to cancel my 8ta contract. On the 31st of May 2013 I contacted 8ta to notify them the cancellation of my 8ta contract which was expiring as it was coming to end of its 24 months. Basically I am not going to upgrade/extend contract. The call center agent explained to me that I need to call 20 days before the last day of the contract.
The last day of the contract is 1 July 2013 so on the 10th of June2013 I called in as the call center agent advised me. I received a case number (6243958), the following day I was advised I need to send a cancellation letter/email and I did as requested/advised.

On the 1st of July 2013 my account was debited, I contacted 8ta, the call center agent was rude and she dropped my call while I was busy talking to her. I called again with my airtime from a different network, my contract is a data package. I received no help whatsoever just moved around in circles with no positive outcome.
8ta has some of the best data packages in South Africa but their service is disgusting and I would never advise anyone to sign up a contract with them, I don't think anyone should go through what I'm going through.
