On three different occasions I tried to renew my contract at the Vodacom shop in Westgate - and all three times it turned out to be a total disaster. The current layout of the shop makes absolutely NO sense and the service is non-existent. The first two times I was ignored and had no idea who was available to assist. Those without customers did not even look up from their computers or made an effort to assist. Yesterday after standing around for five minutes, somebody did eventually asked me to take a seat at a table - but that is where the service stopped. I watched as clients finished with consultants, saw people being served who came in after me and two consultants staring at their computers when their clients left, making no effort to assist waiting clients. The lady who asked me to take a seat only tried to respond once I walked out of the shop after 25 minutes.
