Prepaid phone service is cut with funds available

Neotel does not charge a monthly service fee for prepaid phones.
They blatantly disregard the fact that the client still has available airtime on the prepaid line and discontinue service without notice of the impending discontinuation of service and place a requirement upon the client to recharge the line, even though the client still has funds available in order to force revenue creation upon clients that already has funds invested in order to obtain services. This was not part of the original terms and conditions at purchase time of the instrument. I believe that as the current issue stands, by purchasing the instrument for said price, because there is no monthly service fee connected to the purchase of the instrument, services should be prolonged indefinitely, until said balance is depleted or the terms and conditions should be revised to include monthly fees when the required recharge to fund the revenue requirement if the client has not performed a recharge as required.

I do not believe that this current method of operation can be considered lawful and just procedure as the advantage over the competition has been obtained specifically by not factoring in a service charge.
