Besides my bad experience of purchasing a modem and being told by the assistant that I could use the uncapped modem immediately - and then receiving a massive bill in the post for the previous modem that was suppose to be cancelled - I have been making the monthly payments on this debt every month in full and now I have not received my monthly data and airtime. I am now forced to wait and see if the problem persists and I am unsure why this is happening. The toll free call center couldn't help me either and refused to give me information although the main account holder had given me permission/access to the account, the toll free center was also rude (I can understand the job can be frustrating at times but its not necessary to take it out on the next customer) I am hopeless at this stage and all I can do is wait. Time is money.
