Mtn uncapped lite modem forced to edge

Going to start by stating i DONT want a MTN consultant ask for the normal coverage questions or run away with out fixing the problem
In:
1.Jan 2013, I subscribed to the contract, the data speeds were acceptable and sometimes quite fast.
2.Feb, No speed issues until 9 Feb where throttling kicked in. When throttling hardware is active my latency (ping) is 2000ms-5000ms. emailed MTN and their response was that it is slow due to the uncapped lite part of the contract. I flipped and responded with the next comment: "... The ping of 2000ms is slower than that given by a 115kb/s EDGE modem. To just clarify a 115kb/s modem can't achieve the limited 255kb/s speed, how can an EGDE modem be faster than my speed of my modem that connects 42.3mb/s? A packet round trip time of 2000ms-3000ms is unacceptable"
3.Mar, found out i dont receive my monthly 3gig unthrottled cap. logged USD to fix the problem.
4.April, still Mar Feb prob
5.May, still Mar Feb prob
6.Jun, still Mar Feb prob
7.Jul 2013 modem forced to edge. when i switch the sim with another modem i receive 3G signal for 30min, until it is also forced down to edge. When switching contract sim with prepaid sim, prepaid sim connects 3G
