I upgraded & now need a micro sim to use my new phone. A sim card should have been included with the delivered package. I asked for the situation to be escalated several times to no avail. There is no indication that Vodacom has made any effort to deliver my sim card. I am not willing to pay extra for a sim swap at an outlet since it should have been included. Fix this.
