Delivery of New Phone WITHOUT Micro SIM

01 Nov called to have current phone upgraded. After promising Mon/Tuesday phone only gets delivered yesterday. Opened the package to discover the Micro Sim card was never received.
07 Nov called again about the SIM card not being in the package. After a moment of disbelief another promise was made for 08 Nov.
08 Nov called again about the SIM card still not delivered. Now Im told next week!!! What am I supposed to do with a phone without a SIM card???
Not once did you suggest to check at a branch if they have sim cards, not once did you offer to correct your mistake. Your client retention service is pathetic, your after sales service even more so.
