I UPGRADED MY CELLPHONE FROM A NOKIA E-6 TO A SAMSUNG S4 MINI & THE SALES CONSULTANT DID NOT BOTHER TO ADVISE ME THAT MY SIM CARD MIGHT NEED TO CHANGE TO A MICRO CARD.
HAVE HAD PHONE FOR A WEEK AND CANNOT USE IT AS I AM AWAITING THE MICRO CARD WHICH I ORDERED AS BEACON BAY BRANCH WAS "OFF-LINE" WHEN I VISITED THEM BUT STRANGELY THEY COULD HELP THE LADY NEXT TO ME.
NOW VODACOM CANNOT TELL ME WHEN TO EXPECT MY CARD!!
