As per Tumelo in Retensions the service provider ie Vodacom etc does not charge for migration of packages to a certain level but Autopage do, so Autopage will not and does not help there customers. They just want to change you.

I have been with Autopage for over 10 years and wanted to downgrade my package. I was told the the cost is in the region of R2500.00, which is exhorbitant as I have less than a year to go.

I have had numerous issues with Autopage and have stayed ther but as soon as this contract is complete, I will be cancelling. Vodacom or any other mobile cellular provider is more than happy to help except the above.

Maybe if they where prepared to help there customers they would have more.
