Full phone diagnostics over the phone

I am stunned at the supernatural powers displayed by whomever helped me this morning. I phoned to complain about my battery being swollen up, on my new S4 that I got from that store only a few months ago. The person said without a doubt that it's due to overcharging. Which is something that I am very careful not to do. And I stand by that. I never leave my phone on chare for longer than what is necessary, so there must be something wrong with my battery, but this woman was adamant that I was over charging. BS, MTN... you did not inspect my phone. You did not do a diagnostics, and you did not see how long it was charged for.. So for you false assumptions and very bad attitude, you get a minus 10 from me. And PS mtn.. Please go check Google for Samsung S4 battery problems. You will notice that there are thousands of reports on faulty batteries, and Samsung is actually supporting this by giving consumers new batteries. So stop the false accusations, and really work on your attitude, because it stinks.
