After successfully porting from Autopage to another service provider, Autopage erroneously requested my contract be converted to prepaid, which had a cancellation effect on my SIM card and the porting.
I have contacted Autopage on numerous occassions to have the error rectified.
However, it has been 10 days without reconnection from Autopage even though they have caused the error.
Should this not take priority to rectify as the error was not mine but theirs?
I feel that Autopage does not fully understand the danger of being without a mobile phone, which in itself, may be cause for legal action.
