I Signed up for my upgrade at Nashua in Braamfontein on the 4Th November with the s4, I asked the Sales Rep at nashua if i can return the phone as its within 7 days, as the phone is not beneficial to me
she got back to me after a day or two and advised that i WILL b able to return the phone provided that i pay usage as the phone has been used
i agreed that im fine with that and im willing to pay the R150.00-i even signed a doc-as proof of agreement
the saterday morning I returned the phone-as advised
this morning the feedback i received was:
the s4 will need to be traded in then only i can take another cell phone WHAT Utter rubbish is that
i was advised to pay R150.00 ONLY
how can u not know the company protocol-and it changes everyday??
what mickey mouse business are yall running there???
I was also advised that i will still be charged for the s4 regardless what i change it for
AND the phone would have only been changed if i made enquiries on email/telephone it would have been changed with no hassles
where does it say that in black and whte>? and why are we treated differently?
I want this sorted or else im going to the CONSUMER ACT
I know my rights!!!
