Poor service delivery

I registered at WSU for the academic year, but my residence status had not yet been admitted, and classes had already begun. So, I opted to go there myself, bearing in mind that I am from Durban. Upon arrival, I was told to come back the following day. I knew no one there, and I had no place to stay. It wasn't my fault that the taxi driver drove slowly, causing me to arrive just before 3 PM.

The following day, I still was not helped, even though I arrived at 8 AM. They took my student number, login PIN, and phone number, and then they said to come back at 1 PM to be directed to the residence. When we arrived, we were told to restart the line. I mean, really?
