I gave my phone in for a software (Java) update, which the guy (David) at the branch advised that it can be done at a central place by nashua mobile, since he is not allowed to do it from the shop. after some days i got a call that my phone is with the repairers and they want R4600 to replace some few things on my phone (Samsung galaxy s2), i was shocked and immediatey rejected the quote and asked that they return my phone. After several follow ups with a lady named Manana i went to check if my phone was at the shop, and yest i got it. Manana did not even bother to respond to my e-mail request that she notify me when to go andfetch my phone.
The was a bill amounting R150 and the desription is "repairs". When i called Nashua to ask what repairs they took me from pillar to post and everyone i speak to has a different story to tell about how the R150 came about. I am just hoping that Nashua is not planning to debit my account for such amount because they are not even worried or asking anything about when or how i will pay. My account is not open for nashua to go in and debit anytime for anything. Funny enough that Vodacom updated my software FREE of charge in one day
