End of July i sent my phone for repirs to Nashua. They Ilze called me to say the phone is fixed and i must go and collect. When i get to the store the phone had feedback that says not fixed because i refused the quote. I sent the phone back to her attention after i called her. On 18 Sep i got a call from the Nashua outlet in town saying i must collect my phone it has arrived. I went to collect it. Upon arrival at home i read the jobcard that states Battery Changed. Tested... I opened the phone at the back, same old batter was there. I called Ilze and she said as far as she know it was replaced. Advised her that i am going to send my phone back to her and what is Nashua going to do as i dont have my phone for almost 2 months and she advised me that she is going to speak to Bradley. Till today no phone call from her nor replying to my e-mail.
