Vodacom need to train their staff

Shocking and disgusting service at your Richards Bay branch. My 83 year old mother stood around in the shop for over 2 hours just to purchase a memory card. Staff shouting at each other across the customers. The "LADY" that eventually "helped" my mom actually went and fetched biltong mid transaction to stand and eat open mouthed while sort of attending to her. A man approached her in the shop and tried to convince her to vote ANC. He became very angry with her when she said "no" and demanded to know what party she was voting for. This is absolutely unacceptable! How can any business allow patrons to stand around for 2 hours before being attended to (specially the elderly) and on top of that to be harassed by political party members. As for the shop assistant going to fetch biltong to eat while attending to my mother (very halfheartedly), that is absolutely disgusting! I am so glad I am no longer with Vodacom and I am certainly going to urge everyone I see and can reach via social media to do the same!
