My mother goes into this branch of Cell C to see what contracts she can look at to renew hers or go onto prepaid. There are no other customers in the shop. The shop assistant is playing on her phone. Then another shop assistant arrives and just gives her a brief answer! My mother is 82 years old and does'nt understand how the contracts all work. Instead of trying to guide her and help her the staff are disintereted.
I've told her to try Vodacom or MTN.
