My name is Liena Setlale, my phone number is 0741762384. I have phoned the help desk four times, to cancel my contract but every time they transfer me to another extention where I have to hold and nobody answer the phone until about 30 minutes and I have to give up. But when they want me to upgrade they quickly get me on the phone and I always ask them to help with the cancellation as I am no longer need this contract. Please help.
