Our contract was activated on 02/09/2013 in the name of GF Botha, ID nr 5208295117083, and were told the TV would be delivered 2weeks later. A month later nobody had come back to us and no TV. After various phone calls, half of which were never even answered in the store, we were told Samsung was out of stock but would receive stock 15/10/2013. I requested the supervisor call my father and explain this to him directly as the contract is in his name and I only have authority to transact on the account and his TV had broken, but they did not even have the decency to do that. It is now yet another month later and still nothing from the store supervisor and still no TV.
