POOR SERVICE!

After poor service at MTN I decided that I want to cancel my contract and convert to prepaid. Call after call I could not get through to an operator. After trying many times an operator finally answered the call. The client service person advised me that I have to call a day after my contract expired. To make sure I called in on the day... 28/11/2013, and yet again I have to dial over and over again. I try again the next day and get through to the call center guy that answers and says that he is putting me through to cancellations. After 15min of being on hold I put the phone down and dial again. I spoke to the lady that answers and explained that i was on hold for 15min and no one picked up a call. She then said she is going to put me through and after 3 min if no one picks the call up she will send a request for someone to call me back. So she tries and no one picks up my call, she then advises me that she will get someone to call me. This being the Thursday 29/11/2013. The day passes and no one calls. Friday then passes and still MTN does not call. So on Saturday I take a drive to the MTN office and my problem is still not resolved! No answer at the call center!
