I had a long query that was not being resolved. After logging a complaint Samantha called me, got all the information regarding the query and promised to get back to me. This issue had been going on for more than a month and with in 2 hours if not less Samantha came back to me with the feedback. The query was then closed on their side, but Samantha did not give up just because she had done her job on her side, she kept on following up until i was happy. Well i still had issues with Zando because they were taking long, and i asked Samatha to pelase help me. THe same day i got my vouchers, created my order. and yesterday i received everything i had ordered. Samantha is a super star. She solved my query in hours. Thank you for going a n extra mile.
