Bad service from the consultant called Prenesha

Policy with Liberty Capital Life and was advised by the consultant to put my mother as the owner of the policy. All the details were mine. This morning I called Liberty for the reviewal of this policy so that I can ask them to call my mother for this purpose. Firstly the attitude of Prenesha was very bad with me and not treated me as a client. She told me that they are no longer calling people as they are very busy. I told her even if she can be called next week its not urgent but she insisted that they will not do that. First she wanted the policy number which I did not have with me and said unfortunately she will not be able to assist me without it. I am working with clients, there is always alternatives but this lady did not seem to have any interest in my call. I as a client suggested ID number and again she gave me tough time to agree to me to take the ID number. When I came back with the ID number now she had another excuse that they do not have contact number for my mother. When I asked how possible is that she raised her voice on me and I asked not to do that because I am the client. I even consider canclelling all my policies with Liberty because I never knew that they
