Terrible service from callcentre, switching banks!!

I called the call centre from my cell for an international transfer query. The wait and general service was appalling. I called 0860109799 and an irritating futile voice kept me waiting. Thereafter I called a lady named Floria on her personal work line, whom I dealt with with on one occasion previously regarding international transfer. She asked me to call the call centre because she does not apparently deal with international transfers any longer. I called the call centre again from my cell and waited endlessly! I called FLoria back and appealed for assistance. She then referred me to someone named Knowledge who deals with international transfers (0113354040) and once again nobody answered the call. No irritating voice this time, just am irritatingly long wait to no end. I then called 0860151151 as per the voice prompts while endlessly waiting for someone at the call centre to pick up. Nobody picked up!!! I finally called the complaints line-0800414141, and guess what?? Nobody responded. Nedbank bank here I come. Absa failed miserably.
