Bad service from Insurance Personnel

Once again I call on HelloPeter to assist with Standard Bank Insurance Company and by name Samantha Ramisur. Today has been 7 working days since we completed and signed the documents for our insurance payout. Called Samantha this morning to ask about payout as nothing has been deposited yet. She advised that she will look into the matter and call us back during the day. At this time (15h36) there has been NO CALL from Samantha yet. She is also NOT answering her phone or returning our calls. If this is Standard Insurance way to handle claims I am so very glad I don't have to deal with them no more. And to Samantha, I hope your other clients are more understanding. From date of claim to now it has been exactly 43days!!! No payout, no service and only BAD attitudes!!!
