Eventually the line was cancelled after 3 months however i was informed that the refund of my deposit was being investigated. i have proof that i cancelled the line noumerous times and therefore any outstanding monies is not my problem i would like my deposit refunded as a matter of urgency. the lady that phoned me stated it would take 10 day and now after 10 days i have not heard anything back.
