Contacted Cell C to enquire about the iphone 5s which i pre-registered for on Friday. All i wanted to know was the process going forward. Half the staff didnt know that there was a registration page and the other half didnt know there was an iphone 5s being released on friday.
I have 3 contracts with cellc, my iphone was and i need to replace it (cash). Please can someone from Cell C tell me more about the registration process and where i am on the registration list.
Your call centre service is poor, and eventually one of your staff put the phone down on me. The release date is in 4 days, surely your staff will have some idea, the vodacom staff did.
