Account not cancelled after 2 requests

On the 7/7/2013 i went into the vaal mall branch to cancel my telkom line i was informed to contact headoffice so i phoned them from the branch. on the 07/08/2013 i went back to telkom store to collect my deposit only to be informed that the line has not been cancelled again i sent a request i spoke to samuel, sipho and chimma i was told to fax the request for cancellation to 0313012585 which i did. on the 28/10/13 i once again went to the telkom store to check for my deposit refund only to be informed the line has not been cancelled how is that possible. i want my deposit back as i cancelled it in july already and some else has been using the line.
